Announcement No. 2 for Student Loans for the First Semester of 1401-1400 Qom University of Technology
Registration period for loans and submission of documents to the Facilities Department at the university is from 1400/08/04 to 1400/09/17
Steps for submitting a loan application and forming a file :
A: Register initially in the system of the Welfare Fund and take steps to prepare and send the documents needed to create the file (according to section 5) to the Facilities Department of the university
B: If the documents are accurate and complete, the registration of the student will be approved by the university and the student can re-enter the student portal and register the username and password (national code), to submit their loan request .
A : After logging into the student portal, they should take action and officially register in the offered program.
B: If the previous academic term has conducted a loan installment booklet issued for loans taken in the previous academic term, they must enter the student information section.
C: Contact the University Welfare Department for registration confirmation and access to submit the loan request in the new semester (it is essential that the guarantee documents and adequacy of the guarantors are examined and approved by the relevant expert)
A: Submission of the original document commitment document of the student, registered at one of the notary offices in the country (for information about the conditions and documents of the guarantor or guarantors, please refer to articles 11 and 12 of the loan payment and repayment regulations of student loans.)
