Notice No. 1 Student Loan for the Second Semester 1400-1399 Qom University of Technology
The registration period for the loan and the submission of documents to the Student Affairs and the application for the loan on the Welfare Fund website is from 99/11/20 until 1400/02/10
(The first batch of requests sent to the Welfare Fund includes those registered in the system by 1399/12/20 and free of defects)
"The loan disbursement process for students in day courses, second shift, and tuition-paying students starts from the loan application in the student portal until the deposit into the student's account and the university"
A( Student action in the Welfare Fund student portal :
1-1 Newly admitted student without a file in the comprehensive system of the fund:
2-1-1 Enter the national ID and birth date, then select the search button
3-1-1 Enter nationality, place of issue, educational center, field of study, type of course, level, year of entry, semester of entry, student number, landline, and mobile phones, receive the verification code as an SMS on your mobile, and select save
4-1-1 If the student is approved by the university as a student of that university, the student must re-enter the student portal, log in with the username and password, and request the loan.
1-1-2 Enter the username and password (which is the national ID of the student without a hyphen.)
2-1-2 If the previous academic level has been determined (issuance of a booklet or clearance), enter the student information section and select to register a new academic level.
3-1-2 A new window will open showing the previous academic level that has been processed, and the student must select to request the creation of a new academic level.
4-1-2 Enter nationality, place of issue, educational center, field of study, type of course, level, year of entry, semester of entry, student number, landline, mobile phone, and receive the validation code as an SMS on your mobile, and select save
5-1-2 If the student is approved by the university as a student of that university, the student must re-enter the student portal and log in with the username and password to request the loan.
1-1-3 Log in to the student portal with username and password (which is the national ID of the student without a hyphen)
2-1-3 Submit the loan request
Original and copy of birth certificate and national ID,
Notarized commitment document*and employment decree of the guarantor(s) and certification of salary deduction (addressed to the Welfare Fund of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology for the specified amount according to Article 11 of the regulations for disbursement and repayment of student loans)
Marriage document, rental agreement with tracking code,
Active bank account in the name of the student (for day students)
Student card
Note 1: Students must register on the student portal from 8 AM to 4 PM, considering the technical limitations.
Note 2: The username for all students is their national ID as a 10-digit number without spaces between them.
Note 3: The password for returning students is the previous password, and for new students, it is the same 10-digit national ID without spaces between them.
*Students who have not yet formed a loan file must organize their notarized commitment document according to the new commitment document form at a notary public. (It is essential to ensure the guarantor's conditions by contacting the relevant expert at the university before organizing the guarantee document.)
Note 1: Students who have submitted the notarized commitment document in previous degrees must provide a new commitment document and salary deduction certificate according to the conditions specified in Article 11 of the relevant regulations in the new program.

* A student can only use one event per semester. * Each event during the academic period is only allowed once. * Marriage event is only permitted once throughout the academic periods and for a maximum of 18 months after the marriage date solely during the student's schooling. * If documents are provided with amounts exceeding the specified amount in emergency loan events, the amount paid to students will not exceed the amount of the higher-cost documents, and if the requested amount is below the cap of each event, the loan will be paid according to the amount specified in the documents provided. * The deadline for submitting documents, financial and medical evidence, and their validity for special events, emergencies, and natural disasters will last a maximum of 9 months after the event, and for top students, national examples, innovators, and sports champions, a maximum of 6 months after receiving assistance and especially during the student's course. |
