Important Announcement Regarding Student Loans for Full-Time Students

The deadline for submitting loan applications is from 91/07/03 to 91/07/19. Applications will be registered only if funding is granted by the Student Welfare Fund.                                                                                            

        Note One: Guarantee documents (on A4 paper) will be accepted, provided a qualified guarantor is introduced according to the new directive and all other required documents are submitted in full.

  Note Two: The priority for reviewing applications will be given to those who present complete documentation on the specified dates, and if funding is limited, applications will be prioritized.     

Note Three: Applications from students with incomplete documentation from previous semesters will not be reviewed.  

Note Four Specifically for Married Students: Submitting a copy of the marriage certificate, spouse's birth certificate, and spouse's status (dependent, employed, living in another city) is mandatory.                                                                                                

Announcement regarding daily student loans for the first semester of the current year Required Documents:

 

The submission of documents from items 1 to 9 is essential for students requesting to create a file for the first time to receive a loan.

  1. Completion of the applicant's characteristics form related to daily student loans
  2. Completion of the daily loan application form
  3. Having a qualified guarantor according to the new directive (as stated on the university website and bulletin board)
  4. Submitting a notarized commitment letter prepared by one of the public notary offices in the country
  5.  Providing a copy of the latest employment decree   and payroll slip for official and contract employees of the government for the preparation of the guarantee document in the notary office and student affairs
  6.  Guaranteeing additional requirements mentioned in the directive 24871/1/130 dated 90/12/23 from the Welfare Fund with a copy of the latest employment decree and a deduction certificate addressed to the Student Welfare Fund is approved.
  7. A copy of the student's birth certificate
  8. A copy of the national ID card
  9. A copy of the student card
