*The second session of the Administrative Council of Qom University of Technology was held on Saturday, 1403/11/06, at 12:30 in the President's meeting hall. In this session, it was decided to establish four working groups: productivity, evaluation, empowerment, and benefits payment to address the university's challenges. The members of these working groups consist of representatives from each sector and deputy .All relevant working groups will report their suggestions to the Administrative Council meeting. The proposals, after approval by the Administrative Council, will be referred to the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee, where the final decisions regarding them will be made. The objectives and members of each working group are detailed below.
Working Group One: Productivity Working Group
Objectives: To generate improvement suggestions to enhance productivity and to identify processes
Members: Ms. Leila Asgari, Mr. Mohammad Sadegh Jalodar, Mr. Mostafa Malakli, and Mr. Nasratollah Sadighi
Working Group Two: Evaluation Working Group
Objectives: To improve evaluation at the university. In this working group, 360-degree evaluation and year-end evaluation will be reviewed, and improvement suggestions will be reported to the Administrative Council meeting.

Working Group Three: Empowerment Working Group
Objectives: To generate improvement suggestions regarding knowledge management, succession planning, training, and welfare

Working Group Four: Benefits Payment Working Group
Objectives: To propose a suitable mechanism for fairness in overtime payments
