360-degree evaluation was conducted at Qom University of Technology.
In order to evaluate the performance of the university staff and to improve service delivery to dear students and visitors, a 360-degree evaluation was conducted for the first time at Qom University of Technology with the participation of approximately 900 students and 150 employees and faculty members. This evaluation included self-assessment and a complete spectrum of stakeholders, including superiors, colleagues, and visitors, and all university staff were evaluated. A 360-degree evaluation can provide an accurate and comprehensive view of individual strengths and weaknesses and can be influential in improving processes that lead to the advancement and success of the organization. Overall, the results of this evaluation are very effective in helping the authorities better understand the organization's performance, leading to improved service delivery to students and visitors. After extracting and analyzing the evaluation results, colleagues who have achieved the best results will be honored. Necessary planning will also be conducted to improve weaker results and increase the overall average of the evaluation to enhance service quality at the university.
