The full text of this message is as follows:
Nasr Min Allah wa Fath Qareeb
The blessed decade of Fajr marks the beginning of an epic for a nation that, with its Islamic Revolution, communicated the call for independence and freedom to the ears of the world. These memorable days symbolize the steel will of a people who, relying on Almighty God and following Imam Khomeini (RA), were able to dismantle the tyranny and bring independence and freedom as the ideals of the Islamic Revolution to fruition.
Undoubtedly, the Islamic Revolution in Iran can be considered the initiator of justice-seeking and anti-tyranny movements around the world, and many countries that are currently struggling against oppression and colonialism have made the Iranian Revolution their guide and model for resistance.
After forty-one years, the sweetness and joy of the Islamic Revolution have become increasingly bitter for our sworn enemies every day, as they continue to express their hatred towards Islamic Iran with new intrigues and conspiracies. The assassination of General Qassem Soleimani was yet another sinister plot by the United States, which was met with a response in the form of missile attacks by the Revolutionary Guard on the Ain al-Asad base.
This year's blessed decade of Fajr is imbued with the ceremony of the fortieth day of the martyrdom of the martyr General Qassem Soleimani, which has breathed new life into the struggle against imperialism within the Iranian nation, enabling Islamic Iran, under the wise guidance of the Supreme Leader (may his shadow last), to stand prouder than ever before against its enemies.
I congratulate and offer my best wishes on the dawn of the Fajr decade of the Islamic Revolution; this historical epic to the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, the honorable people of Iran, especially the academic community of Qom Industrial University, and I pray for the dignity, power, and ever-increasing glory of our dear country from Almighty God.
