Responsible Unit: The number of theoretical and practical units that a faculty member is obligated to teach. The responsible units for faculty members holding executive posts are determined based on their type of responsibility according to regulations.
Score: Annually, a score as an executive score is allocated to the faculty member based on their responsibilities, which will be used for promotions and advancements.
Management Fee: The fee paid to a faculty member for holding an executive, research, and academic position.
Responsibilities and Authority:
University Board of Trustees: Responsible for approving relevant regulations.
University Educational Department: Responsible for calculating and notifying the responsible unit, corresponding score, and the management fee for faculty members holding executive, research, and academic posts to the faculties and staffing offices.
Staff Management: Responsible for issuing the decree for the management fee.
