 Execution Process of External Research Projects
1- Receiving the letter along with the proposal from the university's Research and Technology Management
2- Preparing a letter to send the proposal to the employer with the signature of the university's Deputy of Education and Research
3- If approved by the employer, a draft contract is received from the employer.
Note: In case of disapproval by the employer, a letter stating the reasons for rejection will be received.
4- The draft contract is sent to the university's Legal Office.
5- If approved, the contract is stamped and signed and sent to the employer.
Note: In case of disapproval, the contract will be revised and sent to the employer, and after approval and re-stamping and signing, it will be sent back to the employer.
6-  Receiving the contract along with the letter of notification to start work from the employer and filing the case.
7-  Preparing a letter requesting a contract advance payment with the signature of the Deputy of Education and Research and sending it to the employer
8- Depositing the advance payment into the university account
9- Preparing a financial letter and simultaneously preparing an internal contract related to the external contract
10- The internal contract is prepared in three copies: one copy is sent to the university’s Financial and Administrative Deputy along with the financial letter, one copy is given to the contract executor, and one copy is filed.
11- Sending periodic contract reports and requesting related payments
12- Submitting the final report and requesting contract closure approval
13- Preparing a letter for the employer requesting settlement of all remaining payments, confirmation of contract completion, and requesting a contract closure letter from the employer
14- Final contract settlement by receiving expense documents to finalize payments
15- Receiving one copy of the final report along with its electronic version
16- Preparing a contract completion certificate letter for the executor to use the credit for promotion
