Research Priorities of Civil Registration 93

The research priorities for the year 1393 (2014) of the National Organization for Civil Registration have been announced.
  1. Study the importance of electronic identification (EId) in cyberspace
  2. Examine the necessity of digital signatures (electronic signatures) in the national smart card
  3. Analyze and evaluate the business model of the organization based on the national smart card and related services
  4. Investigate how to systemically monitor the services provided to the public at the civil registration offices
  5. Assess the engineering and organization of the name selection process nationwide, considering the values and tastes of different communities
  6. Explore how to transfer services to the non-governmental sector while logically separating governmental responsibilities from service delivery
  7. Analyze and diagnose the process of electronic registration and maintenance of identity documents
  8. Study the concept of superiority and the role of the Civil Registration Organization in preserving and promoting the culture of respecting superiority in the country
  9. Examine the opportunities and threats regarding the utilization of the electronic archive of documents
10. Investigate strategies to enhance the accuracy and security of identity documents from the perspective of modern civil registration
11. Examine the effectiveness of civil registration services provided at government service offices and identify ways to improve them
12. Investigate organized crime and identity documents
13. Analyze and study the production and dissemination of population registration statistics based on location
14. Investigate the causes and factors affecting under-registration and late registration of deaths and improve the process
15. Study and formulate strategies for the organization’s participation in implementing population policies
16. Review how to monitor, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness of the country’s population policies
17. Conduct a comparative study of the registration of the four vital events in Iran with selected countries
18. Compare the civil registration laws and regulations of Iran with those of selected countries
19. Examine the factors influencing the increase and decrease of human resource productivity in the National Organization for Civil Registration
20. Study operational strategies for enhancing agility, streamlining, and increasing transparency in the National Organization for Civil Registration
21. Explore practical strategies for implementing the guidelines of the Supreme Leader regarding resilient economy within the National Organization for Civil Registration
22. Investigate the changes in organizational structures in transitioning from a traditional to a modern system in the National Organization for Civil Registration
