Definitions:
Recruitment Committee:
The recruitment committee consists of the Vice President for Education, Vice President for Research, and Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and if the Vice Presidents for Education and Research are the same, the presence of the university president in this committee is essential.
Faculty Selection Committee:
The faculty selection committee examines the candidate's qualifications (according to the regulations for the general conditions for entering university employment) and conducts the necessary inquiries regarding military service status and academic documents, along with research in this regard.
Faculty:
A group of experts in each field evaluates the scientific capabilities of the candidate for employment in a session with the candidate present to assess their academic level and expertise in teaching and research.
Responsibilities and Authorities of Each Executive Agent:
President of the University: Responsible for approving the decree.
Vice President for Education: Responsible for approving correspondence.
Members of the Recruitment Committee: Responsible for reviewing applications and providing opinions regarding the employment of the candidate.
Faculty: Responsible for reviewing the scientific qualifications of the candidate.
Faculty Expert: Responsible for preparing correspondence and conducting matters related to the recruitment committee and issuing decrees.
Expert in the Educational Vice Presidency: Responsible for the initial review of the candidate's documents.

Note 1: If the permit is not issued by the Ministry of Science, a negative response will be provided to the applicant and faculty by the faculty expert. Note 2: If the individual has not completed their military service, correspondence will be made with the Office of Supervision and Evaluation at the Ministry of Science regarding the military plan. Once the military plan permit is obtained from the ministry, the individual will be invited to fulfill their military service commitment. |
