Membership Conditions


According to university regulations, only students, faculty members, and staff are eligible for membership at the Central Library.  
Presenting a student ID card is mandatory for students wishing to become members. Dear students can apply for membership via the following link:

Library Lending Regulations


The maximum number of books that can be borrowed per checkout session is as follows:  
- Esteemed faculty members and PhD students: 5 volumes  
- Master's students: 4 volumes  
- Undergraduate students: 2 volumes  

If a book is lost, it must be replaced with an identical copy and returned to the library.  
Borrowers who return books late will be subject to fines in accordance with the relevant regulations.  
If any damage is caused to a book (such as underlining, tearing, margin notes, etc.), the borrower is required to compensate for the damage.  
A student ID card is mandatory for borrowing books, and each member is only authorized to use their own card.

 

Settlement (Clearance) Procedure


*Settlement for Master's and PhD students with the Central Library*  

Graduate students must first visit the IranDoc website and register their proposal at the following address:  
[www.sabt.irandoc.ac.ir](http://www.sabt.irandoc.ac.ir)  

In the second step, after completing their thesis, graduate students must upload their thesis in both PDF and Word formats to the ERP system for similarity/plagiarism checking. Afterwards, their esteemed supervisors must confirm the accuracy of the uploaded thesis in the system.  

Following the defense session, graduate students must visit the IranDoc website and register their thesis (Parsay) on that site.  

In the final step, after receiving approval from IranDoc and obtaining a tracking code, the thesis file in both Word and PDF formats must be sent to the Central Library via email at:
