Settlement

Settlement of master’s and doctoral students with the central library 
Graduate students must visit the IranDoc website to initially register their proposal at this address www.sabt.irandoc.ac.ir  :

• In the second step, after drafting the thesis, graduate students must first upload their thesis in pdf and word formats in the ERP system for similarity checking. Then
• Esteemed advisors must confirm the accuracy of the thesis uploaded by the student in the system. 
• After the defense session, graduate students must visit the IranDoc website and register their thesis (Parsaei) on the mentioned site.
• In the final step, after receiving confirmation from IranDoc and obtaining the tracking code, the thesis file must be sent in word and pdf formats to the central library via email address  lib@qut.ac.ir.
