Search and Loan:**

1. How do I log in to my portal?  
First, visit the library website and log in using your username and password (both are your student ID number).

2. Can we change our password?
Yes, you can change your password. Simply log in to your portal and change it under the "Change Password" section.

3. Is it possible to search for theses? 
Yes, you can also search for theses in the search bar.

4. Is it possible to renew a book?
Yes, you can log in to your library portal and renew your borrowed book.

5. For how many days can books be renewed?
Depending on the type of book borrowed, you can renew it multiple times (each renewal extends the loan by two weeks).

 

Book Purchase:

1. Is the postage cost borne by the buyer after purchasing a book?  
No, the university will send the book to the buyer free of charge.

2. Is physical presence required to purchase a book?  
No, you can purchase books online through the university website.

3. Can we pick up the purchased book in person?
Yes, if you prefer, you can coordinate with the sales manager and receive the purchased book in person.

 

Search and Download Articles:

1. How do I request an email account?
Visit the student portal, select the "Requests" option, and fill out and submit the email request form.

2. How many articles can we download? 
10 of each type per day.

3. Does downloading articles have a cost?  
No, downloading articles is completely free.

4. How can we search more effectively?
Search by the article's DOI.

5. What other features does the MegaPaper database have?
Grammarly (for checking grammar and English texts), Dena (a browser for direct access to databases), and iThenticate (similarity checking).

6. What is the limit for Dena? 
25 articles per day.

7. How many times per week is iThenticate limited to?
5 times per week.
