•  Original diploma and pre-university certificate along with two copies of the documents
•  Transcript of diploma and pre-university along with two copies of the transcripts
•   Original birth certificate along with four copies of all pages of the birth certificate
•  Original national ID card along with four copies of both sides of the national ID card
•  Original military service completion card along with two copies of both sides of the military service completion card
• 12 pieces of 4*3 photos with a white background
•   Original of all completed forms required for accepted candidates
•   Original personal information form
•   Receipt for educational confirmation (all accepted candidates must visit the governmental pre-service offices along with a copy of their pre-university certificate to request educational confirmation (educational value) from the educational administration of their place of study and present the relevant receipt during registration at the university)
