How to Register for Master's Degree Students Admitted in the Year 2022
Congratulations and best wishes to the students accepted in the Master's entrance exam of 2022. This is to inform you that the registration for new students at Qom University of Technology is only available electronically, and in-person registration has been canceled.
Therefore, please complete all the items mentioned below and follow the registration process until completion.

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the documents listed below (as you will need these for uploading during registration).
Copy of all pages of your birth certificate and national ID card.
A photo (4x3, white background, taken this year) measuring 263x649 or smaller, approximately 25 KB in size.
A copy of the original Bachelor's degree certificate or a temporary certificate of the Bachelor's degree and, if no degree is available, the GPA form and Form number 3 (Graduation Commitment Form).
A copy of the associate degree certificate or a temporary certificate if available.
Forms of assessment need to be filled out based on individual needs and uploaded. (You can obtain assessment forms from this link Assessment Forms . Form number 4 is mandatory for all full-time students to upload. The other assessment forms should be filled out and uploaded only if they match the applicant's situation.)
A copy of the military service completion card or exemption if available.
After scanning all the above documents and filling out the relevant forms, please visit the address below and complete your internet registration.
Note 1: To log into the internet registration system, you will need your username, student national ID, and password, which is the applicant's birth certificate number.
Note 2: The national ID must be entered fully and with 10 digits without dashes or spaces (if the national ID and applicant's birth certificate number starts with zero, you may not need to enter the leading zero for site access; therefore, try entering both with and without the leading zero).
After logging into the internet registration system, complete the registration process thoroughly and upload all relevant forms (which you have scanned previously and mentioned above) in your section, and at the end of the internet registration section, click on the submit option.
After submitting your internet registration, a text message will be sent to the mobile number provided by the student. (This will occur if you have activated the SMS advertising system).
In the following days, the esteemed education experts at the university will review the submitted information; if the student's registration request is approved, an SMS containing the student's number will be sent to the student's mobile. If the request is rejected, an SMS will be sent detailing deficiencies in the file, or the request was denied, in which case the applicant must revisit the internet registration link to complete and resubmit their deficiencies. Students who have not received their student number can check it in the internet registration link after the university has confirmed their request. Therefore, esteemed applicants should not worry about not receiving an SMS.
Attention: If you do not click the submit option for review (the last step after final approval), your request will not be sent to the graduate studies specialist, hence the registration will not be completed.
Attention: In case of file deficiencies, the registration request will be returned, and the deficiencies must be addressed by the student and resubmitted. (If the bachelor’s degree certificate (and the associate degree certificate if available) or GPA form with the student's stamp and signature is not provided, the registration request will definitely be denied.)
All male students are required to visit the channel below in the Bele messenger for military service matters; otherwise, their registration will be canceled.

Important Note: Students who have military service completion cards or exemptions must attach their card image by going to their student portal (ERP system) in the request forms section - other requests - submit Police Form +10. Please do not use the attachment option.

The student is obligated to visit the university archive unit in the first week of class initiation with the following documents:
Three 4x3 photos taken this year
Original or temporary certificate of the Bachelor's degree
Original or temporary certificate of the associate degree if available

Important Notice: The university will perform the course selection for new students. Therefore, students can view their selected courses in the student portal (ERP system in the stabilization form section).
Attention to students accepted without entrance exams for exceptional talents in the Master's degree
Exceptional talent students must perform all the above steps according to the announcement.
Those accepted without entrance exams for exceptional talents need to provide the following documents on the day of in-person registration for general qualification review and must hand them over to the university's education (graduate studies expert).
(Submission of the original payment receipt or a copy of the ATM receipt is mandatory)
