In offering congratulations and best wishes to the students accepted in the undergraduate entrance exam, we inform you that the registration of newly admitted students at Qom Industrial University takes place in two stages: the student is required to complete both stages of registration.

• Online Non-attendance Registration
• Submission of original requested documents in the first week of attendance at the university

Therefore, we kindly request that all steps mentioned below be completed and follow the registration process until results are obtained.

Note: Please be sure to join the above "Bele" messaging channels, as the link for communication between the university and dear students will be through these channels.  

 

Before entering the Qom Industrial University website for registration, please scan the items mentioned below (as you will need these items for uploading during registration).

• Image of national ID card (front and back)
• Image of all pages of birth certificate
• Image of 4*3 photo with a white background (size 263*649 or less, with the photo size around 25 kilobytes)
• Image of the original computer report card for diploma and pre-university or high school (with education department seal)
• Image of the original diploma and pre-university or high school (if you have received your credential physically from your high school; otherwise it's not required.)
• Image of the temporary certificate for diploma and pre-university or high school
• Image of assessment forms to be filled out according to each individual's needs (you can download the assessment forms from this section (Form 4.5). Make sure to fill out and upload one of the two forms numbered 4 or 5 (based on the student's status). The assessment form number one can also be downloaded from this section (Form 1) and uploaded.)

After scanning all the above items, please visit the address below to complete your online registration. Website address:

 

Note 1: To enter the online registration system (from the main page of Qom Industrial University website), the username is the student’s national code, and the password is the applicant's identification code.

Note 2: The national code must be entered in full and should consist of 10 digits without dashes and spaces (if the applicant's national code begins with zero, it may not be needed to enter the first zero for accessing the site, so please try both with and without the leading zero) especially individuals whose ID number is the same as their national code should not enter the leading zero in the ID number field.

 

After entering the online registration system, please complete the registration process thoroughly and upload all relevant forms (which you have previously scanned and mentioned in the explanations above) in their corresponding sections, and at the end of the online registration section, click on the option Submit and Send Documents.

 

Subsequently, in the following days, the esteemed educational experts of the university will review the submitted information of applicants, and if the registration request of the student is approved, a student ID will be issued to the applicant. If there are deficiencies in the application, the student's request will be rejected (in which case the applicant must visit the online registration link again, complete their deficiencies, and submit again). It should be noted that due to the high workload of the university's education department and the increase in new students, their online registration request confirmation may take up to two business days. Therefore, students can check the status of their request through the same online registration link to see if their request has been approved and if they can view their student ID or if it has been rejected, in which case they should repeat the procedures.

  Note: After the approval of the student registration request by the university, they will receive a student ID. With this student ID   and national code password, they should visit their student portal on Friday, 08/07/1401, to view the class scheduling for their presence at the university.

 

The student is required to submit the original documents mentioned at the beginning of the explanation to the education archive on the first day of attendance at the university.

All male students are required to visit the channel below on the Bele messaging system to perform their military service affairs. Please carefully listen to the last voice messages posted by the military service expert in this channel and follow the visual and video guide pinned in the channel to complete your educational exemption process. Any questions should be sent to ID    sajjad_h62 in the Bele messaging system. All of your messages will be responded to promptly. Students only have until November 1, 2022 to register their educational exemptions, and failure to complete military service affairs will result in their registration being cancelled.
