Announcement for Undergraduate Registration

In addition to congratulating and wishing success to the students accepted in the entrance exam for the undergraduate program of the year 1401, it is hereby announced that the registration of newly admitted students at Qom University of Technology will take place in two phases: students are required to complete both phases of registration.

Therefore, please ensure that all the steps mentioned below are completed and follow up on the registration process until a result is obtained.

Additionally, the ID of the university's only official channel will be published only in the internal messaging app "Bele" at the address below.

Note: Be sure to join the above messaging channels in Bele, as the communication link between the university and dear students will be through this medium.  

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the items mentioned below (as you will need these for the registration upload).

After scanning all the above items, please visit the address below to complete your online registration. Website address:

 

Note 1: To log into the online registration system (from the main page of Qom University of Technology), the username, student national code, and password, is the applicant's identification code.

Note 2: The national code must be entered completely and 10 digits long without dashes and spaces (if the applicant's national code starts with zero, there may be no need to enter the leading zero when logging into the site, so try entering both with and without the leading zero), especially for individuals whose identification number is the same as their national code.

 

After logging into the online registration system, please complete the registration steps fully and upload all related forms (which you have previously scanned and referenced above) in their appropriate sections, and at the end of the online registration section on the last page, click on the option Submit and Send Documents.

 

In the following days, the esteemed education experts at the university will review the information submitted by applicants. If the student's registration request is approved, a student ID will be issued to the applicant. If there are deficiencies, the student's request will be rejected (in this case, the applicant must revisit the online registration link to complete and resubmit any deficiencies). It is worth noting that due to a high workload for the university's education department and the influx of new students, it may take up to two business days to approve their online registration requests. Therefore, students can check the status of their requests from the same online registration link to see whether their request has been approved and view their student ID or if their request has been rejected, which will require them to repeat the processes.

  Note: After the student's registration request is approved by the university, they will be assigned a student ID. With this student ID  and the password as their national code, they should visit their student portal on Friday, 08/07/1401, to check their class schedules for attendance at the university.

 

The student is required to submit the original documents mentioned at the beginning of the instructions on the first day of their presence at the university to the education archives department.

All male students should refer to the following channel on the Bele messaging app for military service matters. In this channel, carefully listen to the latest audio messages posted by the military service expert and follow the attached visual and video guide for completing your academic exemption needs. For any questions, please send them to ID    sajjad_h62 on the Bele messaging app. All your messages will be responded to at the earliest opportunity. Students only have until the first of Aban 1401 to register their academic exemption. Failure to complete military service matters will result in the cancellation of their registration.
