Registration Instructions

First of all, congratulations and best wishes to the students who have been accepted in the 1401 university entrance exam. We would like to inform you that the registration of newly admitted students at Qom University of Technology will take place in two stages, and students are required to complete both stages of registration.

• Online registration electronically
• Submission of original required documents in the first week of attendance at the university

Therefore, we kindly ask you to complete all the steps mentioned below and to follow up on the registration process until the results are achieved.

Before entering the Qom University of Technology website for registration, please scan the items mentioned below (as you will need these items for uploading during registration).

• Image of National ID Card (front and back)
• Image of all pages of birth certificate
• Image of a 4*3 photo with a white background (size 263*649 or smaller, with a file size of about 25 kilobytes)
• Image of the original computer-generated diploma and pre-university or secondary education record (with the Education Ministry seal)
• Image of the original diploma and pre-university or secondary education record (if you received your certificate physically from your high school; otherwise, it is not required.)
• Image of provisional diploma and pre-university or secondary education record
• Image of measurement forms filled out according to the needs and necessities of each individual (You can download the forms from this section (Form 4.5) and fill out and upload one of Forms 4 or 5 (based on the student's status). Also, download and upload Form 1 from this section (Form1)).

After scanning all the above items, please go to the address below to fill out the relevant forms and complete your online registration. Website address:

 

Note 1: To log in to the online registration system (from the main page of the Qom University of Technology website), the username, the student's national code, and the password is the applicant's identification code.

Note 2: The national code must be entered completely and as 10 digits without dashes or spaces (if the applicant's national code begins with zero, it may not be necessary to include the leading zero for logging in to the site, so try both with and without the leading zero), especially for those whose identification number is the same as the national code should not enter the leading zero in the identification number section.

 

After logging into the online registration system, please complete the registration steps thoroughly and upload all the related forms (which you have scanned and mentioned in the details above) in their respective sections, and at the end of the online registration section, click the Submit and Send Documents option.

 

Subsequently, in the following days, the esteemed education experts at the university will review the submitted information of applicants, and if the student's registration request is approved, a student ID number will be issued to the applicant. If the request has deficiencies, the student's application will be rejected (in this case, the applicant must return to the online registration link to correct and resend their application). It should be noted that due to the high workload of the university's education department and the increase in new students, the approval of their online registration requests may take up to two working days, so students can track their application status via the same online registration link and check whether their request has been approved and view their student ID number, or if their request was rejected, they should redo the steps.

  Notice: After the approval of the student's registration request by the university, a student ID will be allocated to them. With this student ID and the password of the national code, on the Friday dated 08/07/1401, they can visit their student portal to learn about their class schedule for attendance at the university.

 

Students are obliged to submit the original documents mentioned at the beginning of the descriptions on the first day of attendance at the university to the education archive section.

All male students should refer to the following channel in the Bale messaging app for military affairs. In this channel, please listen carefully to the latest audio messages posted by the military specialist and follow the visual and video guide pinned to the channel to complete your educational exemption. Any questions should be sent to the ID     sajjad_h62 in the Bale messaging app. All your messages will be answered as soon as possible. Students only have until the first of Aban 1401 to register their educational exemption, and failing to do so will result in their registration being canceled.
