•  Original high school diploma and pre-university certificate along with two copies of the documents
•  Transcript of high school diploma and pre-university certificate along with two copies of the transcripts
•   Original birth certificate along with four copies of all pages of the birth certificate
•  Original national ID card along with four copies of both sides of the national ID card
•  Original military service completion card along with two copies of both sides of the military service completion card
• 12 pieces of 4*3 white background photos
•   Original of all completed forms required for accepted students
•  Original specification form
•  Receipt of educational qualification confirmation (all accepted students must visit the government services offices with a copy of their pre-university certificate and request an educational qualification confirmation (educational value) from the local education department where they studied, and present the corresponding receipt at the time of registration at the university)
