Exit Permit

Essential Instructions for Exit Permits for Students Subject to Military Service:

Students intending to travel abroad for pilgrimage or tourism must first register their Exit Permit request via the Law Enforcement Electronic Services Portal. The University’s Admissions and Conscripts Office will then review and approve the requests for students who have no outstanding academic or administrative issues. Following the approval from the University’s Admissions Office, the student must contact the Military Service Department to obtain the official Exit Permit Letter.
