Important Educational Processes

v Student Transfer and Visiting Process: Dear students, for transfer or visiting student status at other universities, you may submit your application via the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology’s SAJAD System (https://portal.saorg.ir) during May (Ordibehesht) each year. Furthermore, upon receiving approval from both the Home and Host Universities, the student may proceed to the Host University for registration.

v Military Service Process: Male students subject to military service are required to apply for their Educational Exemption via the SAKHA System (https://sakha.epolice.ir/portal/login) no later than one month after registration.

v Academic Council Process: Dear students, you may resolve your academic issues by submitting Request Forms / Miscellaneous Requests to the Academic Council, following approval from your relevant Academic Department.
