Important Academic Processes

v Student Transfer and Visiting Process: Dear students, to transfer or become a visiting student at other universities, you may submit your application through the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology’s SAJAD System (https://portal.saorg.ir) during May each year. Additionally, once approval is granted by both the home and host universities, the student may proceed to the host university for final registration.

v Military Service Process: Male students subject to military service are required to apply for Educational Exemption through the SAKHA System (https://sakha.epolice.ir/portal/login) no later than one month after registration.

v Academic Council Process: Dear students, you may follow up on your academic issues through Request Forms / Miscellaneous Requests via the Academic Council, following the approval of the relevant Department.
