Important Admission and Graduation Processes

v High School Diploma Verification Process: Dear students, to obtain High School Diploma verification, you may apply by registering on the website: https://emt.medu.ir.

v Original Diploma Retrieval Process: Dear students, to obtain your original High School Diploma, please log in to your Student Portal (ERP), navigate to the Request Forms section, select the Base Certificate Retrieval form, and enter your high school’s name. You will then receive the corresponding letter to collect your original diploma.

§ (Female students may collect their original diploma directly from their high school without the need for a formal letter.)

v Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree Verification Process:

Dear students, to obtain verification for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, you may retrieve your certificates by scanning the QR code printed on the documents.

It is worth noting that if the documents do not contain a QR code:

For degrees issued by Islamic Azad University (IAU), you can obtain verification via the IAU Verification System: https://estelam.iau.ir.
For degrees from Public Universities that lack a QR code, you may apply through the SAJAD System (Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology): https://portal.saorg.ir.

v Settlement Process for Withdrawals, Expulsions, and Graduation (All Levels):

Dear students, to complete the settlement process for withdrawals, expulsions, or graduation (all academic levels), please log in to your Student Portal (ERP), go to the Administrative Correspondence section, select, and complete the relevant Request Forms (Withdrawal, Expulsion, or Graduation settlement).

v Issuance of Provisional Certificates and Official Degrees (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD):

Dear students, to obtain Provisional Graduation Certificates and Official Degrees (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD), you may apply by visiting the website and completing the Graduate Document Submission Form.
