Military Service & Educational Exemption Instructions

For Undergraduate Students:

Upon enrollment, the Military Service Department will issue an Educational Exemption Request Form, along with a copy of your most recent academic record (Pre-University Certificate). Students are required to take these documents to a +10 Police Office to obtain their formal Educational Exemption Certificate, which must then be submitted to the Admissions Office.

For Graduate Students (Master’s and PhD):

Upon enrollment, the Military Service Department will issue an Educational Exemption Request Form, accompanied by the Cancellation of Undergraduate Exemption (for Master’s students) or the Cancellation of Master’s Exemption (for PhD students). Students must proceed to a +10 Police Office to secure their new Educational Exemption Certificate and subsequently submit it to the Admissions Office.
