**Probationary Recruitment Steps**
- Participating in the recruitment call through the Mehr-e Razavi System.
- Extracting the names of recruitment applicants through the system.
- Initial review of applicants' files and selection of qualified individuals.
- Sending the files of qualified individuals to the Scientific Competence Assessment Workgroup for conducting scientific interviews.
- Inviting eligible recruitment applicants for the general interview.
- Presenting applicants' files at the meeting of the Executive Board for Faculty Recruitment.
**✔️ Composition of the Scientific Competence Assessment Workgroup is as follows:**
- Dean of the Faculty
- Head of the Educational Department
- At least two faculty members related to the applicant's field of expertise
- Representative of the Executive Board for Recruitment at the faculty or a member of the Executive Board for Recruitment
**Status Change Steps:**
- Delivering the status change tables along with relevant documents to the Recruitment Secretariat and receiving a receipt.
- Applicant registration in the comprehensive recruitment system. (Registration guide in the Mehr-e Razavi System)
- Presenting the file to the Cultural Commission.
- Reviewing the file in the meetings of the Scientific Competence Workgroup / Select Committee.
- Reviewing the file in the Specialized Commission of the Board of Trustees (regarding status change to permanent-tenure).
- General qualification interview.
- Presenting the file at the meeting of the Executive Board for Faculty Recruitment.
**To facilitate the process of completing the status change and promotion file, the following points are reminded for information and emphasis:**
- Documents related to clauses 2-3 and 2-4 must be stamped and signed by the Education Department.
- Regarding articles in clause 3-1, in the "Institution/Country of Publication" column, please mention the name of the institution in addition to the country name.
- Please insert the articles in the table in order of publication date. The impact factor should be recorded mentioning the citation database. In the remarks column, if the applicant is the corresponding author or supervisor, please record it in the relevant worksheets.
- If an article has been recently published, for example in 2018, and the article's impact factor has not been announced, record the last announced impact factor.
- Attaching documents related to the scientific and research grade of the journal and the journal's indexing is mandatory.
- If domestic articles are submitted, attaching the journal's masthead page is mandatory.
- If a foreign article is submitted, attaching a printout of the relevant website's first page is mandatory.
- If a journal is indexed in several databases simultaneously, the priority for recording the impact factor is 1. JCR, 2. Scopus, 3. ISC. (The impact factor from one database should be recorded according to the priority order).
- Regarding articles published in the last two years, the latest announced evaluation should be recorded.
- In clauses 3-5 and 3-6, certificates and documents showing the conference registration in ISC should be attached to the articles.
- Regarding clauses 3-5 and 3-6, insert the conference-specific code in the remarks column. It is obvious that conferences held from January 2017 onwards must be registered in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) database.
- In clause 3-9, regarding research projects, documents must be provided in full from the beginning to the end of the work.
- In clause 3-13, if the defense is related to a university other than the service university, a letter from that university will be required.
- In clause 3-13, the minutes of the students' defense session must be provided as a document.
- Clause 4-1 concerns active participation and must definitely be completed.
- In addition to the original master's thesis, doctoral dissertation, and book, also attach their files on a CD.
**Quality of Status Change/Promotion Worksheets**
- All worksheets must have spaces for name and signature.
- After completing the file, please obtain a receipt from the Secretariat of the Executive Board for Recruitment. After the date of the final receipt, it will not be possible to add new documents to the file.
**Quality of Scanned Documents CD**
- All columns of the table must be completed by the respected applicants, and attaching documents related to the scientific and research grade as well as journal indexing is mandatory for the applicant. The criterion for the validity and indexing of journals is the year of the article's publication.
- Please collect your documents from the Recruitment Secretariat within two weeks after the completion of the request process and issuance of the confirmation.
- If the file of respected applicants for promotion and status change is removed from the recruitment process for any reason, please refer to the Recruitment Secretariat to return the file.
**Transfer Procedures to the University from Other Universities**
- Sending the request along with a CV and the latest administrative order to the email address: Jazb@qut.ac.ir
- Registering the request in the Mehr-e Razavi System
- Reviewing the transfer request in the relevant educational department to declare the need for expertise
- Final decision-making in the University's Executive Board for Faculty Recruitment
**🔘 In case of possible problems in the Mehr-e Razavi System or file follow-up, discuss the issue with the support experts of the Faculty Recruitment Center of the Ministry of Science by sending a message in the system.**
