 Status Change Steps :
  • Submit the request for status change through the administrative automation addressed to the secretary of the Executive Board for Recruitment.
  • Deliver the tables related to the status change along with the necessary documentation to the recruitment secretariat.
  • The file will enter the relevant process after initial review, provided that there are no deficiencies and it is approved.
  • Once the file is completed, please register in the comprehensive recruitment system.(Guide to Registering in the Mehr Rezaei System)
  • If any issues arise in the aforementioned system, please contact the support center for academic board recruitment at the numbers provided in the center's contact section or send a message in the system (02182234666).
  • All documents must be scanned in acceptable quality and photographs of documents should not be taken.
 
 In order to facilitate the process of completing the status change file and promotion, the following points are provided for your information and emphasis:
 
  • The documents related to items 2-3 and 2-4 should be stamped and signed by the education department.
  •       Regarding the articles in item 3-1, please mention both the name of the country and the name of the institution in the "Institute/Country of Publication" column.
  •      It is requested that the articles be listed in chronological order of publication in the table. The impact factor should be recorded with the citation database mentioned. In the remarks column, if the applicant is the corresponding author or the supervisor, please register that in the relevant worksheets.
  •      If an article has been recently published, for example in 2018, and the print factor has not been announced, the last announced impact factor should be registered.
  •      Attachment of documents related to the scientific and research degree of the journal and indexing of publications is mandatory.
  •      If internal articles are provided, attaching the journal's identification page is mandatory.
  •      If external articles are provided, attaching a printout of the first page of the relevant website is mandatory.
  •      If a journal is indexed in several databases simultaneously, the priority for registering the impact factor is as follows: 1. JCR 2. Scopus 3. ISC (The impact factor of a database should be recorded in order of priority)
  •      For articles published in the last two years, the most recent reported evaluation should be registered.
  •  
  •     In items 3-5 and 3-6, certificates and documents showing the registration of the conference in ISC should be attached to the articles.
  • For items 3-5 and 3-6, please note that the conference's unique code should be recorded in the remarks column. It is understood that conferences held after December 2016 must be registered in the global science citation database.
  • In item 3-9, regarding research projects, documents should be provided fully from the beginning to the end of the work.
  •       In item 3-13, if the defense pertains to a university other than the place of service, a letter from that university will be required.
  • In item 3-13, the minutes of the students' defense need to be provided as documentation.
  • Item 4-1 concerns active attendance and must be completed.
  • In addition to the original master's and doctoral theses and books, please also attach their files on a CD.
 
Quality of Status Change/Promotion Worksheets
 
  • All worksheets should have space for names and signatures.
  • After completing the file, please obtain a receipt from the secretariat of the Executive Board for Recruitment; after the final receipt date, it will not be possible to add new documentation to the file.

  • All columns of the table must be completed by the esteemed applicants and attachment of documents related to the scientific and research degree, as well as journal indexing, is mandatory. The criterion for the validity and indexing of journals is the year of publication of the article
  • It is requested that after completing the application process and issuing the confirmation, you collect your documents from the recruitment secretariat within two weeks.
  • If the files of esteemed applicants for promotion and status change are, for any reason, out of the recruitment process, please visit the recruitment secretariat to return the file.
