Hamyar Sanat Initiative
An Innovative Program by the Office of Industry Relations, Qom University of Technology
The Hamyar Sanat (Industry Partner) Initiative is an innovative program established by the Office of Industry Relations at Qom University of Technology to strengthen collaboration between industry and academia.
In this program, students who are interested in gaining industrial experience and becoming familiar with business environments participate in structured “Industry Partner” teams. After completing preliminary training, and based on the needs of industrial units, these student teams are deployed to factories and industrial companies to assist management in addressing various technical and research-related challenges.
The initiative was formally launched in 2017 at Qom University of Technology and has since achieved significant success in fostering effective and sustainable industry–university collaboration.
The strategic vision of the Hamyar Sanat Initiative focuses on:
- Empowering students for the job market
- Preparing entrepreneurial graduates
- Strengthening applied research and problem-solving capacity
It is hoped that through the continued efforts of university leadership, motivated students, and the cooperation of industrial organizations and business leaders in Qom Province, the program will steadily progress toward achieving its long-term objectives.
