All students intending to take the Internship course are informed that they must first register for the internship unit during the course registration period. Afterward, they must submit their request through the student portal (Section: Forms → Internship Start Process).
Once the request is approved by the faculty expert, the internship supervisor (faculty member), and the Industry Liaison Office, the student will be able to download the following forms from the portal:

Before taking any action, students must carefully read the internship rules and regulations as well as the process flowchart available on the university website (Industry Liaison Office → Internship section).
All steps related to submitting requests and registering the internship workplace must be completed personally by the student through the portal.

After completing the Internship Start Process, the student must obtain the required forms from both the student portal and the university website.
All the above forms must bear the official stamp and signature of the company, or alternatively a formal letter confirming completion of the internship period must be provided by the company.
Once the internship is registered, its withdrawal is only possible under special circumstances within 15 days of registration, subject to approval by the University Educational Administration. If the internship is not withdrawn within the specified period, the student is required to complete the internship hours and obtain the company’s confirmation of completion; otherwise, a grade of zero will be recorded.
Students are responsible for tracking all stages, including approval and submission of forms, internship report submission, and grade registration until the final confirmation in the portal. Failure to do so will make the student solely responsible for any consequences.
Regulations related to the academic rules of the internship course—such as course withdrawal, simultaneous enrollment in two internships or in other courses alongside the internship, delays in grade submission, etc.—fall under the authority of the Educational Administration, and the Industry Liaison Office holds no responsibility in these matters.
