Introduction

In addition to assessing, reducing, and addressing individual and personal difficulties, social work also focuses on broader social issues such as poverty, unemployment, domestic violence, and other social challenges.
Objective
To support students by identifying and following up on their psychological, social, family, academic, financial, and career-related challenges in a timely manner, thereby improving their overall well-being, with particular attention to students who are vulnerable or at risk.
Responsibility
The Counseling, Health, and Lifestyle Center is responsible for identifying students who are vulnerable and in need of support, and for providing them with appropriate social work services in accordance with the programs, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
Mutual Responsibilities of the Service Provider and the Service Recipient
The Counseling, Health, and Lifestyle Center is committed to recruiting qualified, professional, and ethical social workers in accordance with the regulations and directives issued by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The Center provides social work services free of charge to students and supervises the quality of these services to ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved.
In return, both the service recipients (students) and the social workers are expected to attend all scheduled sessions regularly, punctually, and responsibly.
Dispute Resolution Process
If, during the provision of social work services, it is determined that one or more individuals are responsible for the harm or difficulties experienced by the client, the social worker will intervene in accordance with professional ethics and social work standards to assess, address, and follow up on the matter, with the aim of resolving the issue appropriately.

Service Title: Academic Counseling

Introduction
Success in education is a goal that requires careful and professional planning. The university academic period may be accompanied by serious and irreversible risks and harms for many students. Depression, anxiety, severe stress, changes in lifestyle, career problems, feelings of mistreatment by educational and administrative staff at the university, negative feedback from some professors toward students, and other similar factors can contribute to psychological harm and consequently a decline in students' academic performance. Therefore, it is essential to identify these factors and take action through counseling to reduce their negative effects.
Objective
- To foster and promote students' academic growth and improvement.
- To reduce learning disorders, academic decline, academic procrastination, academic stress, lack of concentration, and test anxiety.
- To teach proper study methods and memory enhancement techniques.
Responsibility
The Counseling and Lifestyle Center is obligated, in accordance with the programs issued by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and in line with its duties, to identify students in need of academic counseling services, invite them to the center by prior appointment, and hold academic counseling sessions.
Mutual Responsibilities of the Service Provider and the Service Recipient
The Counseling and Lifestyle Center is obligated, in accordance with the regulations issued by the Ministry of Science, to recruit experienced and committed academic counselors, provide free academic counseling services to students, and supervise the proper performance of the counselors. In return, both the counselors and the clients are committed to attending the counseling sessions regularly and punctually at the scheduled times.
Dispute Resolution Process
If during the academic counseling process it is determined that one of the reasons for a student's academic decline is conflicts or disagreements with professors, educational or administrative staff, or other students, the academic counselor will investigate and follow up on the matter within the framework of the established regulations and in compliance with professional ethics.

Pre-marital counseling is a form of counseling that helps you and your future spouse prepare for a successful marriage.
Objective
- To teach methods of constructive and effective communication.
- To teach healthy and correct decision-making, free from emotional impulses.
- To focus on positive points.
- To learn life skills.
- To reduce fears related to marriage.
- To make proper and principled plans for the future, etc.
Responsibility
The Counseling and Lifestyle Center is obligated, in line with the implementation of the Family Protection and Youth Population Law and the regulations issued by the Ministry of Science, to provide suitable conditions and grounds for students interested in participating in pre-marital counseling sessions.

Service Title: Organization of Skills Training Camps/Outings

Introduction
In order to create enthusiasm and vitality among students and also to increase their interaction with one another, numerous camps are organized in the form of educational, skills-training, developmental, and sports outings.
Objective
The objectives of organizing student camps include increasing enthusiasm and vitality, reducing psychological and social harms, raising the spirit of empathy, strengthening self-confidence, enhancing the spirit of cooperation, and so on.
Responsibility
The University Counseling and Lifestyle Center is obligated, based on the programs issued by the Ministry of Science and in accordance with its duties and the needs of students—especially dormitory students and those with psychological issuesand in line with teaching life skills, to organize skills-training student camps.
Mutual Responsibilities of the Service Provider and the Service Recipient
The Counseling and Lifestyle Center is obligated, in accordance with the regulations issued by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, to obtain the necessary permits and then organize the intended camp. Participants in the camp are obligated to behave in accordance with the established regulations.

Costs and Payments: The subsidy for organizing student camps is paid from the allocated budgets.
Dispute Resolution Process:
If any violations occur during the camps, the reference authorities for adjudication are the University Cultural Council, the University Disciplinary Committee, and the Administrative Violations Review Board.

The University Counseling and Lifestyle Center is obligated to recruit professional and committed psychometricians to perform psychometric services. Clients are also committed to visiting the counseling center at the scheduled time to take the tests.
