- Referring students' families to utilize the facilities, specialized counselors, and experts in counseling and social work.
- Reviewing the opinions of students' families and providing reports on feedback and requests from students' families to the Vice President for Student and Cultural Affairs for necessary decision-making.
- Communicating with students' families to cooperate in resolving students' academic and behavioral problems in a scientific and logical manner.
- Cooperating with the University Disciplinary Committee to prevent crises by reviewing and following up on students' situations.
- Cooperating with the Education Department, the Vice President for Education, and the University Education Director to help improve academic progress, identify the causes of academic decline, and resolve the temporary problems of probationary students and special cases.
- Providing suggestions and practical solutions to the University Disciplinary Committee with an approach to improving control and preventive measures.
- Communicating with experts from the Cultural Affairs and Extracurricular Management Office to exchange ideas and adopt a unified approach in planning and implementing the welcoming program for new students and their families.
- Organizing one-day conferences and educational workshops specifically for the families of new students, with special programs.
- Inviting expert professors to hold educational workshops on the topic of "Prevention of Substance Abuse and Psychotropic Drugs" with the aim of improving the cultural and social environment of the university.

The necessity of holding a conference on "Family, Student, and University" is undeniable.

It appears that many families take the academic, intellectual, and overall control and support of their children seriously only during the school years. After their children enter university, they relieve themselves of this responsibility and leave it to the university and the student themselves. On the other hand, students, after leaving the school environment and entering a realm where they gain more independence and the power of thought and action, consider themselves in no need of such support and consultation, and view interaction in the academic environment as exclusive to themselves and university staff.

In any case, the reality is that Iran's population is still young, and these young people and their families consider active presence in the academic environment as a social value. For many of these students, the university is not merely a place for scientific and academic activity. The university experience extends to become a lifestyle for students.

The university is an educational-specialized environment. The concepts and skills transferred to students in this space influence the overall structure of their future lives, and it is certain that this future is as important to the family as it is to the student.

Effective communication among these three parties primarily helps students in that the university's communication with parents has a significant impact on better understanding students' issues. In the presence of such a relationship, it is possible to more successfully analyze various student problems—such as educational, cultural, and economic issues—and offer solutions. If positive relationships exist between the university and parents, problems such as educational and cultural issues will be reduced.

Additionally, parents may wish to obtain information about their child's place of study and academic status, and their continuous communication with the university can provide families with the necessary information. Furthermore, communication between the family and the university, and being informed about the student's attendance, academic progress, and cultural challenges, is one of the fundamental rights of the parents. Students' parents can enrich academic planning by offering their experiential suggestions and address its possible shortcomings. On the other hand, the university's scientific approach also gives families a better perspective in dealing with their children.
