  • Since the refund of the remaining cash balance in the food automation system to students has a complicated and lengthy process, it is recommended that esteemed students plan accordingly to avoid experiencing difficulties in receiving their remaining balance upon settling accounts with the food department.
  • Increasing credit (charge) in cash is not permitted under any circumstances.
  • The deadline for reserving meals for the following week is until Wednesday at 2 PM, after which the food automation system will be deactivated.
  • If individuals fail to reserve their meals for the upcoming week, the food automation system is programmed to allow reservations for food 48 hours in advance within the same week. Thus, except for Saturday and Sunday when reservations are not possible, meals for Monday through the end of the week can be reserved on Saturday.
  • If a student is unable to reserve their meal for today and wishes to receive food on this day, they can visit the meal reservation device or the food automation website during the designated time to reserve their meals on a same-day basis.
  • Same-day meal distribution will be limited in volume.
  • Each student may reserve and receive only one meal (one breakfast, one lunch, or one dinner).
  • Meals will be distributed at the designated time in the self-service canteen, and no meals will be provided outside of the scheduled times.
  • Dinner meals for requesting students will also be distributed in the dormitories. Interested students can choose the dormitory canteen (Canteen 2) to access this option.
  • If your credit is low, you will not be able to place a meal order and must take steps to increase your credit.
  • If you do not have your student ID card, you can request a forgetting token. To obtain a forgetting token, visit the kiosk available in the self-service canteen and, using your card number and password for the food automation system, proceed to get the forgetting token. Please note that a fee will be deducted from your credit for receiving a forgetting token.
  • If you wish to cancel any meal reservation, you can place the number zero in the meal quantity field and confirm it to delete the desired reservation.
  • Always press the confirm button to save the information after storing a token; otherwise, the meal will not be saved for you.
  • Lunch will only be distributed in the university's self-service canteen.
  • The responsibility for meal reservation and charging lies with the students themselves.
  • Meal distribution in the self-service canteen will be in stainless steel containers and without spoons or forks. Esteemed students can purchase disposable spoons and forks from the university's self-service canteen if needed.
