Steps to handle cases of the Special Cases Review Council Commission
1 - Student registration in the Sajjad system
2 - Registration of the application in the Sajjad system
3 - Receiving the application by education experts and reviewing the application
4 - Referral to the Special Cases Commission expert and review of the application by the expert
5 - Creating an agenda
6 - Convening a meeting of the Special Cases Commission and reviewing the application
7 - Issuing a vote
8 - Preparing the minutes and notifying and referring to the Education Commission
9 - Registering the final vote in the Sajjad system and referring to the Education or Provincial Special Cases Review Commission
10 - Registering the vote in the student portal by the Education Commission
Dormitory Application Guide
Dormitory Registration Process in the ERP System
1- Select the Dormitory Affairs option on the portal
2- Submit a dormitory membership application
3- Complete all pages of the dormitory membership application form accurately and completely and finally send it to the Dormitory Affairs Expert
4- Electronic payment of dormitory fees from the student portal (Electronic payment of dormitory fees section)
5- Select a room from the category option section
6- Visit the Dormitory Affairs Expert to receive a dormitory card (along with a photo)
7- Hand over the room to the student
Meal Reservation Guide:
1- Through the erp.qut.ac.ir system
2- You can charge your account through Nutrition Affairs/Electronic Payment for Meals.
3- You can make reservations through Nutrition Affairs/Food Reservation from 14 to 2 days before serving.
Supplementary Self:
1- Through the erp.qut.ac.ir system
2- Students can make reservations from 14 to 1 day before serving.
3- The amount of the supplementary self subsidy is determined by the university board of directors at the beginning of each academic year, and no amount will be deducted from the students' meal account at the time of reservation, and only the difference between the supplementary self subsidy and the price of the food will be received by the supplementary self operator when the food is delivered.
