In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) says: "Two precious blessings that are often overlooked are health and security.
There are two blessings that a person does not fully appreciate: one is health and the other is security."
Protecting the health of the university community in line with preserving the principles and values of the sacred Islamic Republic is the responsibility of the university security. Every organization needs internal integrity to achieve its goals. Since the health of any organization and its individuals is always at risk from internal contamination and threats, we need a system that carefully prevents the infiltration of pests and provides timely recognition and understanding of internal threats to ensure the organization's health. Therefore, the presence of security in various areas of the university is always aimed at achieving two main goals: one is to maintain and enhance protective and security capabilities to advance the goals, and the second is to take effective actions for comprehensive protection of human and financial resources.
As the vigilant eye within the organization, security, given its informational reach, can be a valuable advisor to managers. It is, of course, quite clear that security officials can only succeed in this regard when they possess knowledge, expertise, insight, and clarity of vision. In this context, it is the responsibility of human resources to achieve the organization’s goals, while it is the role of security to protect the health of human resources. The university security, in accordance with its role and position, and considering its audience, which consists of the elites of society, certainly has no choice but to engage seriously in a scientific and dynamic movement, avoiding rigid structures. Therefore, it earnestly seeks to create a safe and peaceful environment and a suitable platform for presenting the viewpoints and opinions of university members, ultimately envisioning the development of the Islamic homeland, and strives to test new methods in this field.
