Office of Shahed and Isargar Student Affairs

The Office of Shahed and Isargar Student Affairs provides educational support, information services, and student assistance to eligible Shahed and Isargar students through the following services:

1. Educational Facilities for Shahed and Isargar Students

Service Description

Students who are eligible under the Regulations on Educational Facilities for Shahed and Isargar Students may apply for educational facilities through the University Portal. Applications are reviewed by the Office of Shahed and Isargar Student Affairs and, upon meeting the required eligibility criteria, the requested facilities will be granted in accordance with the applicable regulations.

How to Access the Service

  • Log in to the University Portal.

  • Complete the Educational Facilities Application Form.

  • Upload the required supporting documents.

  • The application will be reviewed by the Office of Shahed and Isargar Student Affairs.

  • Approved educational facilities will be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations.

2. Student Registration and Record Creation

Service Description

Eligible Shahed and Isargar students are required to register their personal information and upload the relevant supporting documents through the University Portal. Following verification, a student record will be created, and their information will be included in the University's Shahed and Isargar Student Database.

How to Access the Service

  • Log in to the University Portal.

  • Complete the Shahed and Isargar Student Information Form.

  • Upload the required supporting documents.

  • The submitted information and documents will be reviewed and verified.

3. Academic Advising Services

Service Description

To promote students' academic success and provide educational guidance, each academic department has designated a Faculty Academic Advisor specifically for Shahed and Isargar students.

Students may consult their designated academic advisor for assistance with academic planning, educational guidance, academic challenges, and other study-related matters.

How to Access the Service

  • Visit the University website and navigate to: Office of the President → Office of Shahed and Isargar Student Affairs → Service Desk → Academic Advisors.

  • Identify the academic advisor assigned to your department.

  • Contact or meet with the advisor according to the published schedule.


4. Announcements, Calls, and Special Programs

Service Description

The Office regularly publishes announcements related to Shahed and Isargar students, including:

  • Student transfer and guest student application periods;

  • Academic, cultural, sports, and Qur'anic competitions and festivals;

  • Calls for applications and programs announced by the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans Affairs;

  • Announcements issued by the Student Affairs Organization;

  • Other relevant notices, services, and student-related information.

These announcements are published through the University's official website and communication channels.

How to Access the Service

Students are encouraged to visit the University website and navigate to Office of the President → Office of Shahed and Isargar Student Affairs → News & Announcements. They may also follow the University's official communication channels to stay informed about the latest announcements, application deadlines, and upcoming programs.


Important Notes

  • Access to educational facilities is subject to eligibility verification and approval by the Office of Shahed and Isargar Student Affairs in accordance with the applicable regulations.

  • Completing the Shahed and Isargar Student Information Form does not automatically entitle students to educational facilities.

  • Applications with incomplete information or missing supporting documents will be returned to the applicant for completion.

  • Students are advised to regularly visit the University's website and official communication channels to stay informed about the latest announcements, services, and important deadlines.
