International Student Admission Dates for the First Semester of 1404-1403
The admission dates for international students in the year 1404 are from 1404/02/01 to 1404/06/31.
International Student Admission Process at Qom University of Technology
1- Initial Admission
1- After the applicant registers in the international students admission system, their application will be reviewed by the university's admission council, and the result will be communicated to the candidate.
2- Accepted students, after receiving their initial admission, must register their information in the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology system (saorg) and obtain a tracking code in the name of Qom University of Technology to finalize their enrollment.
3- The applicant must, after receiving the academic permission code through the saorg system, apply for a student visa through the Consular Affairs Office of Qom University.
4- After the issuance of the student visa, the Consular Affairs Office must inform the student to proceed with obtaining their student visa from the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in their home country.
5- Accepted students must immediately visit the Consular Affairs Office of Qom University to complete the necessary procedures for their student residency after obtaining their student visa. The consequences of not visiting are the responsibility of the student.
2- Final Admission
Final admission of the accepted students will be carried out after presenting the student visa to the Consular Affairs Office of the university, and they will be introduced for final enrollment by the International Affairs Office to the Educational Affairs Office of the university.
1- International students, after final enrollment and entry into their field of study, will be subject to the educational, student, and cultural regulations governing Iranian students.
2- Submission of the original, verified educational documents of the previous educational level, along with verification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the time of final enrollment, is mandatory.
