Guide to Using Services at the Qom University of Technology Central Laboratory:
1. Email the laboratory service request form and any documentation regarding fee discounts to centrallab@qut.ac.ir.
2. Deliver the sample(s) to the Qom University of Technology Central Laboratory (samples may also be sent via postal service).
3. Deposit the required service fee into the Central Laboratory's dedicated account and email a clear, legible image of the payment receipt to centrallab@qut.ac.ir.
To make the payment—after determining the final amount based on the service type and number of units as per the table below—click on the "Proceed to Electronic Payment Page" link.
4. The test results will be emailed to the requester.
Important Notes:
Requests submitted by universities and scientific centers affiliated with the Ministry of Science (within the country's Research Region 4) are eligible for a 25% discount (a formal letter of introduction from the head of the originating university/center's central laboratory is required to avail of this discount).
Test results are retained for a maximum of two months following sample submission; once deleted, the results cannot be re-sent.
If services are provided outside of standard working days or hours, a surcharge equivalent to 20% of the equipment service fee will be added to the final cost.
