• Undertaking all the affairs regarding planning and budget with head of the university's permission.
• Cooperating with financial and administrative deputy as well as head of different departments while preparing the budget plan.
• Collecting and inspecting suggested budget plans of different departments.
• Planning University's budget (from current and development to special budget etc…) and how to distribute it among different departments and activities as well as recommending it to head of the university and defending it in front of authorities.
• Monitoring and assessing approved budget plans and how the university's budget is being used.
• Corresponding with Education Ministry Executives to make changes in the University and its committees.
• Planning, running and monitoring all the affairs of the committees, staffs training, administrative change and reform, budget, planning and development, statistics and information as well as coordinating them.
• Monitoring short-term, mid-term, and long-term University plans, defining guidelines and presenting them to relevant authorities.
• Studying, evaluating and presenting practical guidelines on developing and enhancing plans to change and reform administrative affairs and presenting them to relevant authorities
• Studying and evaluating University's management, committee and planning system structure from different aspects; Administrative, financial, Educational, research and technology, cultural, etc…
• Studying how to design committee's bylaw, University's and all its subsidiary units' internal rules and regulations and presenting practical methods and models related to management and committee's structure so as to improve the quality of affairs.
• Providing necessary infrastructures in order to implement and consolidate productivity management cycle at the University.
• Studying and evaluating the institution as well as its subsidiary units in order to delegate responsibilities fairly and avoid repetition or interference of tasks at the University.
• Preparing a comprehensive plan to change and reform management and administrative affairs and presenting it to the relevant deputies.
• Evaluating development plans and suggestions of different departments considering priorities, facilities and the approved budget according to the official circulars and instructions as well as following up on the budget allocated to development plans until they are completed.
• Studying, evaluating and presenting practical ways to enhance the quality of staff training.
• Planning, monitoring, executing and evaluating training programs of staffs and managers according to relevant frameworks.
• Monitoring the process of collecting, processing, analyzing and categorizing statistics and information and presenting it to the relevant authorities.
• Creating necessary data banks and supporting them in order to supply needed information of various units.
• Participating actively in meetings, legal committees and delegated missions.
• Preparing university's comprehensive plan and providing the space and facilities considering higher education development
• Organizing and evaluating affairs and providing reports on the management's activities and challenges for head of the university
• Undertaking responsibilities that have been delegated through task framework
