Vice President for Education and Research

 Management of all educational and research affairs of the university.

Study and make decisions on educational and research issues with the help of relevant officials.

 Supervise the implementation of educational regulations and bylaws in cooperation with the University's Monitoring and Evaluation Group.

 Formulate and propose executive principles for education and research affairs.

Supervise the proper implementation of the duties of subordinate units.

Prepare the agenda for the meetings of the Educational Council, the Graduate Education Council, and the University's Research Council.

Plan educational affairs, graduate education, and the University's Research Council.

Supervise the proper implementation of educational programs and activities and specialized courses of each faculty and evaluate them and submit the necessary report to the University's President.

 Evaluate the educational performance of students and reflect it to the University's President and announce the results of the evaluation to the faculty members.

Implement short-term educational and specialized courses. 

Plan the expansion of graduate education courses at the university.

Administer and supervise all educational affairs and regulations of the university's graduate education courses.

Plan research and technology affairs and supervise the university's information base and Internet network.

Conducting necessary investigations and making decisions regarding the university's research activities.

Conducting necessary studies in the field of evaluating research activities and evaluating the university's annual research performance.

Contacting domestic and foreign institutions in order to cooperate in research affairs and exchange scientific and research services.

Managing the affairs of the university's affiliated and affiliated research units.

Cooperating with the Office of the President, Public Relations and International Affairs in providing scientific, cultural and social services, holding scientific seminars and conferences, and implementing all matters of research and service contracts between universities and other institutions.

Cooperating in implementing the university's short-term research courses, libraries and databases.

Planning for faculty members to use domestic and foreign study opportunities in accordance with approved criteria.

Preparing university research programs and presenting goals and determining research priorities in the form of short-term and long-term programs for proposal to the university's Research Council.
