Admission and Settlement
To create a suitable platform for the commercialization of research achievements, support innovative ideas from students, faculty, and graduates, and reduce the gap between university and industry.
All faculty members, students, graduates, and technology units with innovative ideas who have a feasibility plan approved by the Admission Council.
After submitting the application and feasibility plan, the case is reviewed by the Admission Council. If the minimum required score is achieved, a settlement permit is issued.
Service Support
Provision of office space, office equipment, advisory services (legal, financial, marketing), access to a network of specialists, and administrative support for obtaining necessary permits.
Based on the executive support guidelines and according to the type of unit (core or technology unit) and the progress of the project, the ceiling for non-cash support is determined and announced by the relevant working group.
Research Credits
Technology units can submit their applied research proposals to the secretariat. Requests are reviewed by the specialized working group and, if approved, part of the research and development costs are covered by the park/center.
The final decision regarding credit allocation is made by a specialized working group consisting of selected professors and managers.
Supervision and Evaluation
Settled units are required to submit their technical and financial performance reports at specified intervals (periodically). These reports are reviewed by relevant experts, and if objectives are not met, necessary notices are issued.
The most important indicators are the technical progress of the project, commercialization status, interaction with industry, adherence to the center’s disciplinary regulations, and active participation in the Innovation Center’s programs.
Exit and End of Period
A successful exit is when a technology unit has reached economic maturity, has introduced its product or service to the market, or has successfully attracted investors or concluded large industrial contracts.
In case of insufficient progress according to the initial plan or the end of the settlement period without achieving commercialization results, the process of “unsuccessful exit” or membership revocation will be executed according to the exit bylaw (approved 1402/10/30) and after review by the relevant council.
Yes, upon submission of a positive performance report and approval by the evaluation council, it is possible to extend the period for a limited term if further development of activities is needed.
