Brief Description of the Process:

  1. Submission of an application for admission as a Technology Core / Technology Unit to the Growth Center.
  2. In-person visit to the Growth Center specialist at the university.
  3. Method of online communication with the Center specialist via Bale ID (@drmohammad97).
  4. Sending the applicant’s documents and credentials to the Growth Center specialist.
  5. Review and verification of document completeness by the Growth Center specialist.
  6. Upon initial approval, commencement of the pre-registration process.
  7. Visiting the website bpms.qomstp.ir.
  8. Submitting the admission request, completing the initial worksheet, and receiving a tracking code for subsequent actions.
  9. After approval by the relevant official, continuation of the workflow and uploading the relevant forms (forms available on the Growth Center website).
  10. Initial review and evaluation of the applicant’s proposal.
  11. If the request is rejected at this stage, it exits the workflow.
  12. If the documents are approved, they are referred to the University Growth Center Admission Council.
  13. Scheduling of an evaluation session by the University Growth Center Admission Council for the applicant.
  14. Presentation and defense of the proposal before the University Growth Center Admission Council.
  15. If an appropriate score is not achieved at this stage, it exits the workflow.
  16. If an appropriate score is achieved, an admission letter for the applicant is issued by the University Growth Center.
  17. Preparation of the settlement contract at the University Growth Center by the Growth Center specialist for the applicant.
  18. End of the process.
