Department of transfer and Guest Studentship- Evaluation and Exams
  • Managing affairs related to students with conditional acceptance, deprived of education as well as those who did not attend the courses
  • Managing affairs related to education leave
  • Preparing and announcing service courses’ exam plans (monthly, mid-term and final) and giving it to each school
  • Monitoring service courses’ exams and reporting it to the Evaluation and Supervision Office
  • Preparing a report on the number of failed students at the end of each semester
  • Preparing exam invigilators’ payroll and paying it
  • Managing affairs related to transfer and guest students, children of faculty members and foreign students
  • Approving home universities’ depts to transfer students
  • Reporting guest students’ scores to their home universities
  • Managing affairs related to changing major and sub major as well as transfer with a change of major
  • Managing affairs related to summer term registration and letter of introduction for other universities
